Our brush heads are not interchangeable, so be sure to purchase SPM-1 brush heads for an SPM-1 toothbrush and IRM-1 brush heads for an IRM-1 toothbrush.
The IRM-1 toothbrush features a 90-day replacement reminder. Replace the brush head and reset your toothbrush to keep track of your next cycle.
The EVO-Sense touch control panel automatically locks after 8 seconds to prevent accidental setting adjustments. If you’d like to adjust it, you’ll need to turn it off and on again.

Refunds are not processed until the return has been received with all original components
included. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in

All EVO toothbrushes are covered by a standard 1-year warranty in which all manufacturer defects are covered. Each toothbrush is also eligible for a lifetime warranty if subscribed to automatic brush head refills.

warranty will be active as long as you’re subscribed.
